We are seeking top talent for the position of: Marketing Manager at Flying Squirrel, the world’s largest inflatable park—a recreational venue located at Jockey Plaza. JOB DESCRIPTION Position Objective: Implement marketing ideas and projects for the company; manage advertising campaigns on social media; implement improvements in advertising and marketing designs. Key Responsibilities: - Measure, manage, and monitor company performance indicators. - Ensure product availability at points of sale and implement actions to improve turnover. - Manage social media accounts. - Monitor advisors to ensure achievement of established targets. - Report on strategies defined by company management, oversee their implementation, and track progress. - Propose new ideas for the company’s marketing area. - Coordinate and review execution of tasks assigned by other departments. - Ensure compliance with the Local Operations Manual. - Manage advertising schedules on social media. REQUIREMENTS - Graduate of technical programs in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and administration roles. - Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, graphic design, Adobe Photoshop, and similar tools.
