We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Professional **You will make an impact by:** * Developing, designing, and finalizing technical proposals for customers, acting as a proposal engineer and ensuring accurate, needs-aligned solutions. * Conducting technical site visits to customer locations to develop baseline designs and installation plans that ensure correct integration of products and solutions. * Analyzing customers’ technical requirements to assess and optimize the integration of products and solutions into their infrastructure. * Performing technical analyses and supporting the proposal development process across all stages as an active member of the sales team. * Reviewing work plans, drawings, and installation schematics, providing guidance during product integration and testing phases. * Analyzing customer specifications and proposing tailored technical solutions for each requirement. * Preparing product portfolio configurations using the company’s available tools. * Documenting and analyzing internal processes to ensure efficiency and traceability in proposal management. * Managing requirements with internal and external suppliers, ensuring timely availability of technical and commercial information. * Coordinating with promoters and factory leads to align technical specifications and delivery timelines. * Preparing executive summaries of proposal processes for managerial decision-making. * Supporting, where applicable, service contract planning and estimation—including labor categories, rates, and material costs. * Managing subcontractors when project scope requires it. **Your profile includes:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 4 years of technical and/or commercial experience with medium-voltage substation solutions, ideally as a technical proposal engineer. * Strong knowledge of medium-voltage (MV) substation systems, solutions, and/or products, oriented toward sectors such as mining, power generation, distribution and transmission, oil & gas, retail, industry, renewable energy, and related markets. * Desired proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD design software, and medium-voltage electrical system configuration tools—covering protection & control (P&C) and power quality. * Key competencies: customer orientation, results orientation, execution capability, and commitment to diversity. **We offer you:** * A diverse and inclusive culture where every perspective adds value. * Access to over 1,000 professional learning and development courses. * Work-life balance in an environment that values your well-being. * A collaborative workplace focused on innovation and real-world impact.
