A&V LOGISTICA GLOBAL Y SOLUCIONES S.A.C. is a logistics operator with 12 years in the market, offering CUSTOMS AGENCY, INTERNATIONAL CARGO AGENCY, and TRANSPORTATION services. We are currently seeking an ACCOUNTING AND BILLING ASSISTANT to work at our Customs / Cargo Agency. Requirements: * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Billing and/or Accounting Assistant roles within customs or cargo agencies. * Proficiency in the SINTAD system (MANDATORY). * Knowledge of IGV (VAT) and withholding taxes. * Language: Basic/intermediate English (non-exclusive). * Systems: Office, SUNAT, SINTAD, customs management systems. RESPONSIBILITIES - Review, issue, and send payment receipts, proforma invoices, account statements, and all operational information to our domestic and international clients. - Review and record client payments, third-party payments made on behalf of our clients, and payments to operational suppliers (transportation, terminals, etc.). - Review and record supplier invoices. - Follow up and manage collections from clients. - Review and request scheduled withholding tax payments (sales and purchases). - Prepare the weekly Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable report. - Conduct monthly review of service orders. - Promptly assist internal and external clients with inquiries related to billing and collections. - Prepare and submit accounting records for purchases, sales, and banking activities from the Operations department. - Collect invoices. - Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or Management.
