Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor for Claro's Customer Service Center, responsible for promoting products and services, identifying customer needs, and fostering customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote and sell Claro products and services in-store. 2. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions for each client. 3. Handle post-sales inquiries and requests, fostering customer loyalty. Overall, we are looking for an Advisor for Claro's physical Customer Service Center located at REAL PLAZA CIVIC CENTER. If you enjoy sales, have strong communication skills, and want to earn substantial commissions, this is your opportunity. What will you do? Promote and sell Claro products and services in-store. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions for each client. Handle post-sales inquiries and requests. Foster customer loyalty through renewals and additional services. What do you need? Technical or university education (completed or incomplete). Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or customer service. Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off). What do we offer? Fixed salary of S/ 1,350 + high commissions.
