




Job Summary: We are seeking Customer Service Schedulers to handle customer inquiries, schedule installations, and coordinate with the technical team in the hardware industry. Key Highlights: 1. On behalf of our client, a well-known hardware industry company, we are looking for: CUSTOMER SERVICE SCHEDULERS (CONTACT CENTER) · Your main responsibilities will include: Handling customer inquiries and requests. Answering customer calls to schedule product installation. Scheduling customers in the service system. Directly coordinating with technical service, call center supervisor, or quality controller regarding service hours and related queries. · Desired qualifications for this position: Completed secondary education or technical degree in administration or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call centers (mandatory). Proficiency in Excel. Assertive communication, results orientation, negotiation skills. Availability to work in Callao. · We offer: Compensation of S/1130 + variable up to S/500 + attendance bonus of S/50. Formal employment under Tawa’s payroll, with all statutory benefits (family allowance, insurance, etc.).
