We are looking for an **Architecture Assistant** **On-site Mode \- Miraflores, Peru.** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct information surveys at project sites. * Design architectural floor plans for ammonia, CO2, and freon plants. * Design projects of any typology and scale. * Prepare descriptive reports for designed architectural plant layouts within the framework of preliminary and final architectural projects. * Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, videos, and 3D previews. * Analyze and quantify panel, door, and cable measurements; prepare infrastructure cost tables and economic proposals. * Support the sales executive throughout the entire sales process. * Promote continuous improvement in incorporating materiality, design, and strategies into BIM modeling of projects. * Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Architecture. * 3 to 6 months of experience. * Solid knowledge of agro-industrial plants (Desirable). * Solid knowledge of electrical and sanitary installations. * Solid knowledge of BIM modeling. * Basic AI usage. * Microsoft Office \- Intermediate. * AutoCAD \- Advanced. * Revit \- Intermediate to Advanced. * Photoshop and Illustrator \- Intermediate. * SketchUp \- Intermediate to Advanced. * English \- Basic. **Benefits** * SCTR and VL. * Ongoing training. * Benefits via the BUK platform. * Participation in corporate events. * Career path.
