Support tracking the sales process from initiation through product and/or service delivery, ensuring customer requirements are met. Timely update internal company systems. d. Assist in continuous improvement of the sales process: commercial terms, standardization of technical and commercial proposals, updated quotations (purchasing), etc. e. Conduct monthly meetings to present KPIs to the sales team and improvement actions in coordination with management. f. Prepare all necessary documentation for bids, commercial proposals, contract signing documents, or any other assigned by the respective management, including delivering such documents either virtually or in person. g.
