Customer retention and achievement of commercial goals Overall, we are looking for a Traditional Business Executive for our client ProEmpresa Financial, a leader in the financial sector. · Responsibilities: Promote and sell financial and non-financial products and services; perform credit assessments within risk limits; and manage portfolio recovery. Achieve commercial goals and retain customers. Conduct field visits and portfolio follow-ups. · Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Advisor, Commercial Manager, Field Advisor, or related role. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Fieldwork experience. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM to 6:45 PM; Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM. · Benefits: Formal payroll enrollment from day one.
