Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Executive to promote and sell financial products, conduct credit assessments, and manage portfolios, with a focus on achieving targets and customer retention. Achievement of business targets and customer retention At Overall, we are currently recruiting a Traditional Business Executive for our client ProEmpresa Financial Institution, a leader in the financial sector. · Responsibilities: Promote and sell financial and non-financial products and services; perform credit assessments within risk limits; and manage portfolio recovery. Achieve business targets and retain customers. Conduct field visits and portfolio follow-ups. · Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Advisor, Commercial Manager, Field Advisor, or related role. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Technical or university education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Fieldwork experience.
