




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement Intern to identify insights, monitor metrics, and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support in process improvement and simplification At Adecco Peru, a global firm specialized in talent attraction and selection, we are looking for the best talent to fill the following vacancy: Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement Intern. · Key responsibilities include: - Conducting customer surveys to identify insights and improvement opportunities. - Following up on critical cases and actionable feedback to ensure timely resolution. - Monitoring customer experience and operational metrics (e.g., NPS, Contact Rate). - Executing internal communication campaigns, results sharing, and recognition initiatives to strengthen a customer-centric and continuous improvement culture. - Analyzing customer feedback to identify insights, root causes, and improvement opportunities. - Supporting departments in improving and simplifying processes focused on customer experience and efficiency. - Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentation materials. - Tracking action plans and improvement initiatives across various departments. - Participating in transformation projects, operational efficiency initiatives, and customer-centric culture development. - Assisting with administrative and operational tasks within the department. · Requirements: - Recent graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Interest in customer experience, continuous improvement, and process analysis. - Advanced Excel proficiency. - Intermediate Power BI and English skills (preferred). - Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., onsite in Callao. · Offered: - Base stipend of S/. 1450 - 100% EPS health insurance coverage. - 100% lunch coverage. - 12-month internship agreement. - Career path opportunities and additional benefits.-Requirements- Minimum education: Technical years of experience Keywords: intern, trainee, apprentice, intern, customer, client
