Job Summary:
Human Resources Coordinator (Generalist) responsible for comprehensive talent management and labor administration in the mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manages recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding of personnel.
2. Administers employment contracts, labor documentation, and SUNAT processes.
3. Provides support on labor regulations and employee assistance.
At **HIDROLED SAC**, a company specializing in the operation and installation of water treatment plants and development of projects for the mining sector, we are seeking a **Human Resources Coordinator (Generalist)**.
**Required Profile:**
Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields, with experience in comprehensive talent management and labor administration.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Manage recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes.
* Administer employment contracts, addendums, files, and labor documentation.
* Manage SUNAT registrations, cancellations, and contract renewals.
* Manage attendance, vacations, and leave requests.
* Coordinate documentation, EMO (Occupational Medical Examination), inductions, and personnel authorization for projects and operations.
* Provide support in applying labor regulations and assisting employees.
* Prepare departmental reports and indicators, and participate in standardization and audit processes.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources roles.
* Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation and personnel administration.
* Proficiency in Excel and document management.
* Prior experience in service companies, project-based firms, construction, or the mining sector is desirable.
**Work Location:** Callao / Ventanilla
**Work Modality:** On-site
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:36 p.m.
