The opportunity to advance your career is here! Responsibilities Install, uninstall, and verify installed equipment. Perform periodic maintenance on equipment and work tools. Diagnose and resolve issues arising during equipment installation. Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues, preparing a detailed technical report. Submit weekly reports on work performed. Generate expense reports when requested. Be available for travel to provinces, including weekends. Comply with quality procedures established by the department and the company. Collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving and growing the technical support department. Requirements Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics, Automotive Electromechanics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of prior experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. Knowledge of interpreting technical manuals and electrical schematics. Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel at intermediate/advanced level). Benefits Professional development opportunity.
