Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Assistant for a leading mass-consumption company in Ventanilla, responsible for inventory management, control, and optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive daily and cyclical inventory management 2. Application of FIFO and FEFO methods for inventory rotation 3. Warehouse maintenance, safety, and order preparation Our client, a prominent local company operating in the Ventanilla market and specializing in mass consumption, is seeking the best talent to fill the position of Inventory Assistant. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in logistics-related fields. Minimum Experience / Duration: 1 year. Availability: Immediate. Computer Systems Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel) / SAP. Residence in areas near Ventanilla. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday (Day off on Sunday). Shift 1: 7 AM – 3 PM Shift 2: 3 PM – 11 PM Shift 3: 11 PM – 7 AM RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct daily and cyclical inventories, ensuring accuracy of both physical and system stock levels. Review and validate delivery guides, purchase orders, and invoices, ensuring proper documentation of incoming and outgoing goods. Correctly apply inventory rotation methods FIFO and FEFO. Receive products and verify their quality and quantity. Label and store products according to category and expiration date. Accurately monitor inventory levels and generate regular reports. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring efficient product flow. Comply with occupational health and safety standards, as well as appropriate storage and handling regulations.
