Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Programmer Assistant for technical support, information analysis, application maintenance, and contingency plan development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and maintenance of enterprise service applications 2. Support in the development and execution of system contingency plans 3. Requirements: Technical or university studies in the final cycles of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (*). 1 year of experience in similar positions and/or functions (*). Knowledge of computing and informatics. Proficiency in various programming languages. Knowledge of database management. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. General knowledge of Information Security, Secure Development, or Cybersecurity (*). Availability to work in Surquillo from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (on-site). Responsibilities: Provide technical support related to technical information analysis and maintenance of the company's service applications. Provide technical support in developing or executing the company's system contingency plans. Suggest operational and control procedures to optimize application performance. Support the installation process of new or existing software, including program or equipment configuration. Report any failure, technical, operational, or security anomaly in the relevant areas, and follow up to resolution. Inform personnel from the processes department or other staff involved about installations, changes, and improvements made to systems and equipment. Handle requests, incidents, and changes in the company's system databases. Comply with the company's current provisions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
