Requirements: Completed studies in IT or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or similar roles. Solid knowledge of Office 365 and wired/wireless networks. Basic SQL knowledge; ITIL experience is desirable. Effective communication skills, user orientation, proactivity, and teamwork. Responsibilities: Monitor the operation of on-premises and SaaS computer systems (SAP S4/HANA, Five9, Point of Sale, Sigweb, etc.). Provide end-user support both onsite and remotely. Resolve software, hardware, and peripheral issues. Install and configure operating systems and applications. Manage user accounts and support preventive and corrective maintenance. Generate support reports and monthly ticket metrics. Conditions: Salary: S/ 2,500. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00 (100% onsite). Contract: 3-month renewable contract. Location: Av.
