At GrupoExpro, we are seeking individuals to fill the position of: BACK OFFICE TELEOPERATOR – TECHNICAL SUPPORT CLARO PERU FUNCTION: Make calls to technicians to verify the status of assigned cases and distribute them according to the corresponding zone. Subsequently contact the customer to confirm service received and their level of satisfaction. Follow up until the technical support process is fully closed, ensuring effective resolution of each case. WORK SCHEDULE: 48 hours per week!
