If you’re an organized, detail-oriented individual passionate about coordinating, communicating, and driving projects forward, you could be our next Commercial & Endomarketing Assistant · Requirements · Professional or technical degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in administrative, commercial, coordination, or similar roles. Experience managing clients, commercial follow-up, and internal coordination. Desired experience in endomarketing or internal mailing/communication campaigns, or strong willingness and interest to learn. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms). Basic knowledge of CRM systems or database management. Familiarity with Trello or other project management tools (not mandatory). Basic Canva proficiency is desirable. Competencies: effective communication, organization, attention to detail, proactivity, ability to work under pressure, confidentiality, and collaborative teamwork. · Key Responsibilities · Commercial Management and Prospecting Proactive prospecting via LinkedIn and digital channels. Coordination and scheduling of commercial meetings. Presenting services to new or follow-up clients. Updating databases (Excel, Drive, Trello). Quotation Management and Follow-up Preparing quotations according to client requirements. Endomarketing and Communication Campaigns Drafting and sending mass email campaigns for specific dates or topics. Supporting or coordinating the creation of graphic assets. Contributing to commercial content strategy. Internal Coordination and Executive Support Acting as liaison between leadership and the team to ensure smooth communication. Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistical aspects. Participating in meetings, taking notes, and preparing minutes. Tracking internal agreements and deliverables. Confidential handling of strategic information. Vendor Management Sourcing, evaluating, and contacting vendors. Negotiating pricing, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinating and tracking logistics. Administrative Management and Project Organization Preparing tender documents: presentations, profiles, CVs, and quotations. Supporting the organization of corporate events.
