Job Summary: Manpower Peru is seeking a Forklift Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and address technical requirements in the field. Requirements Graduate in Mechanical Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in machinery or forklift maintenance. Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ability to read technical drawings and manuals. Knowledge of industrial safety standards. Driver's license AI or AIIB (desirable). Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic failures. Respond to technical requests in the field, providing timely solutions to clients. Prepare technical reports and record services performed. Meet performance indicators (response times, service quality). Apply industrial safety standards (PPE, AST, procedures). Coordinate maintenance activities, tool usage, and spare parts control.
