Job Summary: We are seeking a Medical Technologist to process biological samples, examine microscope slides, and perform quality control in a healthcare sector laboratory. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training and corporate benefits At QUALAB Laboratories, part of the SAN PABLO GROUP, we seek top talent to fill the position of: MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST Requirements: Graduated and licensed Medical Technologist with active professional registration (mandatory). Minimum certified experience of 01 year in healthcare sector laboratories, interacting with emergency services, inpatient units, and/or outpatient clinics. Experience in processing biological samples and examining methodological microscope slides. Experience in hematology, clinical chemistry, blood bank, microbiology, and quality control using automated equipment. Availability to work day shifts (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays) from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Responsibilities: Calibrate and monitor equipment. Ensure proper identification, receipt, and classification of samples according to tests requested. Perform laboratory tests. Report results after consultation and validation by physicians. Request reagents. Monitor temperature variations in refrigerators used for reagent storage. Supervise daily completion of equipment maintenance checklists. Run quality control procedures on equipment. Assist with sample collection when required (venous samples, arterial blood gases). Benefits: Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.
