Participation in occupational health and workplace wellness campaigns At Clínica Ocupacional S\&M, we are looking for a committed **Occupational Physiotherapist** to join our medical surveillance team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology with specialization in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. * Minimum 1 year of experience providing physical or occupational therapy services. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, commitment, and service orientation. * Residence in areas near Callao. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide support in the institution's comprehensive occupational health management. * Conduct musculoskeletal assessments for employee entry, periodic evaluations, and follow-up. * Deliver training on ergonomics and proper postural practices. * Develop muscle-strengthening programs for staff members. * Monitor and follow up with personnel diagnosed with MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders). * Apply physical rehabilitation treatments and techniques based on professional assessment. * Participate in occupational health and workplace wellness campaigns. * Support activities related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Perform other duties assigned by the Occupational Physician and the SIG and/or HR departments. **CONDITIONS:** * Work location: Callao (Faucett and Gambetta) * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Remuneration: S/ 2,600\.00 * Enrollment in Microenterprise payroll from day one. * Immediate availability. * Positive work environment.
