Perform activities according to the written safe work procedure applicable to the service unit. 2. Weekly meetings with the customer service supervisor; submission of reports containing KPIs, compliance matrices, and critical service points and/or improvement opportunities. 3. Attend all meetings, trainings, or DDS sessions held in operations before, during, or after work hours. 4. Comply with procedures and assigned work activities established by the company or the shift supervisor. 5. Properly record daily reports and other documents required for the role. 6. Be responsible for assets and tools provided by the company as part of job duties, and return them upon request. 7. Teamwork capability, leadership, and eagerness to learn. 8. Report any substandard act or condition occurring during service execution. 9. Submit and present the Monthly Management Report, including KPI evaluation and evolution. 10. Develop dashboards and management reports, focusing on increasing fleet productivity and reducing travel distance, reflected in delivery performance, safety, and management indicators. 11. Maintain up-to-date documentation necessary for performing job functions, as well as that of the assigned light-unit service. Requirements 1.
