Job Summary: Assists in the coordination and supervision of daily production, input control, and data updating to ensure quality and productivity targets are met. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and daily production scheduling 2. Supervision of the production process for quality and productivity 3. Development and updating of route sheets and work orders **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist the Plant Manager and Production Supervisor * Coordinate and schedule daily production based on received work orders. * Supervise production scheduling to ensure planned quality and productivity targets are met. * Conduct daily tracking and control of inputs and materials required for production * Ensure timely updating of production data and indicators * Develop and maintain up-to-date route sheets and work orders **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Food Industry Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * 1 year of experience in food plant roles **WE OFFER** * Market-competitive salary under the agricultural labor regime + 50% food allowance * Overtime pay * Career development path Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
