Quality verification and area organization A prominent industrial sector company is currently recruiting Production Operators for its plant located at: Molino Callao Responsibilities Online production support Nesting, bagging, and palletizing Machine feeding and product arrangement Quality verification Area organization and cleanliness Requirements Completed secondary education 1 year of experience in industrial plants (production / warehouse / operations) Experience in loading and operational work Availability for weekly rotating shifts Availability to work Monday through Sunday with rotating days off No police or criminal records No prior employment at Alicorp Male candidates only Rotating Shifts Morning: 7:00 am – 3:15 pm Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 11:15 pm Night: 11:00 pm – 7:15 am Benefits Base salary: S/1130 Daily bonus: Transportation: S/5 Meals: S/10 Estimated average monthly income: S/1300 – S/1545 Bi-weekly payment (15th and 25th) Full payroll registration from day one Interested candidates should send their CV or contact number via inbox / WhatsApp for immediate evaluation.
