Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to handle job postings, resume screening, flyer distribution, interviews, and application of evaluation techniques in a dynamic environment. Dynamic responsibilities including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates GRUPO SIC, a corporate group with over 25 years of experience serving our key clients, is currently seeking top talent to fill the following position: RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT. · REQUIREMENTS: - Graduate in Psychology or Human Resource Management. - 6 months to 1 year of experience in mass personnel selection (preferably commercial roles), ideally including field recruitment (internships accepted). - Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. - Availability to work onsite in La Molina, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. - Willingness to travel nationwide. · RESPONSIBILITIES - Post job vacancies on employment portals per internal client requirements. - Screen candidate resumes from job portals and social media advertisements. - Distribute flyers in strategic areas and present the commercial proposal. - Conduct interviews with candidates at franchise stores. - Apply evaluation techniques (group activities, assessment centers, role-playing, competency-based interviews) according to the position to be filled. · BENEFITS: - Profit-sharing participation. - Formal payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits from day one. - PEN 1025 + PEN 200 performance bonus. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree years of experience Keywords: assistant, helper, auxiliary, aux, assistant, helper, aide, selection, recruiter, headhunter, scout, recruitment
