Job Summary: We are seeking a SME Sales Executive for BCP, responsible for developing strategies to manage client portfolios, defining segments and distribution channels, and reviewing accounting accounts. What is the challenge? Developing the strategy to manage the client portfolio, placing the needs of internal and external clients at its core to continue delivering a WOW experience. How will you make a significant impact? Define the portfolio management strategy, segment the portfolio, and determine distribution channels. Review and monitor specific accounting accounts assigned to the division. Create control dashboards to uncover actionable insights in managing all retail banking products and segments related to delinquency and provisions. What do we need from you? Completed technical studies, university students, or those who have completed at least six semesters in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Minimum one year of experience selling tangible or intangible products. Customer service experience. Field sales experience (desirable). Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:20 AM–7:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:20 AM–1:00 PM. Availability to work in San Isidro (Interseguro Tower). Why join our team?
