Performance-based bonuses and incentives **ARES MOBILIARIO S.A.C.** is looking for professionals oriented toward building strategic relationships and generating growth opportunities to join our team as Commercial Advisors and/or Sales Representatives. **Responsibilities:** · Identify development and expansion opportunities across various market sectors. · Provide guidance and support to companies interested in our solutions. · Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, strategic partners, and new business contacts. · Analyze market needs to propose alternatives aligned with organizational objectives. · Participate in coordination meetings and value proposition presentations. · Monitor projects, opportunities, and business engagement processes. · Contribute to achieving organizational growth and positioning goals. **Requirements:** · Prior experience in the field is not required (we provide training) · Currently enrolled in or graduated from technical or university programs in Administration, Marketing, International Business, Communications, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. · Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills. · Basic proficiency in digital tools (WhatsApp, Excel, email) · Organizational ability, follow-up capacity, and results orientation.
