Develop the strategy to manage the customer portfolio, placing the needs of internal and external customers at the center to continue delivering a WOW experience. How will you make a big impact? Define the portfolio management strategy, segment it, and determine distribution channels. Monitor and follow up on specific accounting accounts within the division. Create dashboards to uncover actionable insights in managing all retail banking products and segments related to delinquency and provisions. What do we need from you? Completed technical studies, university students, or those who have completed at least six semesters in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Minimum one year of experience selling tangible or intangible products. Customer service experience. Field sales experience (desirable). Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:20 AM–7:30 PM, and Saturdays, 8:20 AM–1:00 PM. Availability to work in San Isidro (Interseguro Tower). Why join our team?
