In a Dynamic and constantly evolving sales environment, we are seeking sales representatives (male and female) for our company located in Ate \- Lima. **Responsibilities:** * Serve customers in-store and/or by phone, answering questions about products and services. * Availability to travel to provinces according to assigned territory. * Sell motorcycle spare parts following the company's established processes. * Maintain appropriate product inventory and place orders as needed. * Build strong customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. * Generate sales reports and track performance metrics. **Preferred Requirements and Qualifications:** * Prior sales experience, preferably in the motorcycle spare parts sector. * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. * Familiarity with sales tools and inventory management systems. * Basic Excel proficiency.
