To expand our local business, we are seeking a competent and proactive secretary to join our team. Main Responsibilities 1\. Manage daily administrative tasks of the office, including document organization, meeting preparation, and visitor reception. 2\. Assist in translation and filing of documents in Chinese, English, and Spanish (desirable), and facilitate effective communication between the local team and the China-based team. 3\. Track the circulation of documents related to mineral exports and provide basic data support to the operations department. 4\. Perform other administrative tasks assigned by superiors. Job Requirements 1\. Education: Completed university degree (bachelor’s or equivalent), preferably in Business Administration, International Trade, or language studies. 2\. Languages: Fluent command of English listening comprehension, oral expression, and writing. Knowledge of Chinese or Spanish is an additional advantage. 3\. Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, attention to detail, solid interpersonal communication skills, and proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 4\. Availability: Immediate availability to start work is preferred.
