Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Stacker Operator to perform product storage, replenishment, high-level picking, inbound and outbound logistics of goods, order preparation, and palletizing. A global firm specialized in talent attraction and selection. · On behalf of our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, we are currently looking for: STACKER OPERATOR · REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. - Valid forklift operator certification (Mandatory). - Availability to work rotating afternoon and night shifts in CALLAO - Av. Faucett (New Warehouses). · RESPONSIBILITIES: - Store and replenish products; perform high-level picking of requested materials. - Manage inbound and outbound logistics of goods within warehouse locations using RF devices. - Prepare orders for dispatch and other CD areas (pick products from racks). - Perform palletizing and consolidation of products. - Inspect work equipment and complete tracking and control forms (checklists). - Maintain order and cleanliness of areas. - Other duties inherent to the position. · FIXED SCHEDULE: - Monday to Saturday - Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM - Fixed rest day: Sundays. · BENEFITS: - Base salary S/.1580 - Performance bonus S/.100 - Mobility bonus S/.150 - Food allowance (Provis) S/.200 - Paid overtime. - Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. - Enrollment in ADECCO payroll from the first working day (CTS, Profit Sharing, Vacation, Statutory Life Insurance, Family Allowance).-Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary education 1 year of experience Age: between 20 and 40 years Keywords: operator, operative, operator
