Staff training and professional development On behalf of our client, a leading fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, we are seeking TALENT LIKE YOU to fill the position of Traditional Channel Supervisor. · Main Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise the work team, ensuring achievement of daily and weekly objectives. Plan shifts and assign tasks, optimizing resources and production time. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and Nestlé’s internal regulations. Monitor productivity indicators and propose continuous improvements to processes. Train and support staff in their professional development. Maintain effective communication with other departments and report progress to management. Resolve operational incidents quickly and efficiently. Promote innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. · Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience supervising sales in the traditional channel. Knowledge of commercial indicator management and sales team leadership. Proficiency in digital tools. · Benefits Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
