Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SSOMA Supervisor to lead safety, health, and environmental management in CCTV projects within logistics and transportation environments. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking to strengthen our team with highly qualified professionals in Occupational Safety and Health. **We are looking for:** An **SSOMA Supervisor** with solid experience in CCTV projects, capable of leading and supervising safety, health, and environmental processes in logistics and transportation environments. **Requirements:** * Industrial, Safety, Environmental, or related Engineering degree. * Registered and licensed professional. * Minimum 3 years of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor in telecommunications, mining, transportation, or electromechanical installation projects. * Experience supervising work at height and electrical hazard work. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783, ISO 45001, IPERC, PETS, ATS, and incident investigation. * Willingness to travel **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) regulations. * Verify proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work procedures. * Conduct safety inspections and identify hazards to implement control measures. * Deliver safety talks and personnel inductions. * Investigate incidents and prepare SSOMA reports and indicators. * Coordinate with clients and operational teams to ensure compliance with safety standards. **Competencies:** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Planning and organization. * Proactivity and prevention orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure SSOMA standards compliance across all activities. * Halt work presenting imminent risks. * Ensure personnel possess required authorizations, competencies, and PPE. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and client requirements. **We Offer:** * Immediate payroll enrollment from day one. * Life Insurance under Law, SCTR, and EsSalud. * Monthly salary plus productivity bonuses. * Family allowance. * Bonus. * 100% covered per diems during travel. **We look forward to receiving your application and building a safer and more efficient future in the transportation sector together!** Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
