Job Summary: We are seeking an Operator for a mattress factory, with or without experience, to perform picking, loading and unloading, product verification, and maintenance of order and cleanliness. Learning in product and process verification OPERATOR WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE Mattress factory, Carmen de la Legua Requirements: Completed secondary education. With or without experience in warehousing, picking, construction, stacking, merchandising, etc. Availability to work rotating shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. + overtime and night shift. Availability to work overtime (paid). Commitment, responsibility, and positive attitude. Responsibilities: Perform product picking according to dispatch orders. Tasks performed while standing and involving constant movement. Verify codes, quantities, and condition of mattresses prior to shipment. Assist in loading and unloading of goods. Maintain order and cleanliness. Comply with established safety and quality protocols. Benefits: Base salary: S/ 1,280 per month + overtime (S/ 1,700 net per month). Overtime pay according to law. Meals covered: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
