




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to manage employee documentation, medical examinations, onboarding and offboarding, and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages documentation for new and existing employees. 2. Coordinates medical examinations and ensures compliance with SSOMA record-keeping requirements. 3. Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding processes. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Education: Accounting, Human Resources Management, Administration, or related fields. Minimum Experience / Duration: 2 years Availability: Immediate Computer System Proficiency: Intermediate Level RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage personnel files for new employees. Request SCTR and VLEY certificates. Schedule medical examinations for new hires. Supervise proper completion of personnel files and compliance with SSOMA management system record-keeping requirements. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes. Responsible for tracking payment compliance of services.
