Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative - Logistics Assistant with experience to support supplier management, quotation preparation, petty cash control, and general administrative support. We are a family-owned company operating in the general services sector, and we are searching for top talent to fill the position of ADMINISTRATIVE - LOGISTICS ASSISTANT. Requirements: • Student in final semesters or graduate (technical or university level) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. • Knowledge of supplier management, quote preparation, and petty cash control. • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Communication, organizational, and proactive skills. Main Responsibilities: • Prepare quotations for customers based on the company's product and service portfolio. • Monitor accounts receivable and maintain up-to-date customer records. • Prepare technical reports and general services reports. • Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping for expenses, costs, and reimbursements. • Coordinate regularly with the technical team and external suppliers. • Provide administrative support for all tasks assigned by supervisors.
