We are currently seeking new talents for the position of** **Learn more about us:** Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/popup\_pe/ Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@popupmarketing **We are looking for a: Finance Assistant** **REQUIREMENTS** \- University graduate in Accounting, Administration, or Economics \- Prior experience working in treasury (mandatory) \- Proficiency in electronic banking \- Experience managing ERP systems \- Intermediate Excel skills **RESPONSIBILITIES** **\-** Record and monitor daily income and expenses. \- Archive all financial documentation \- Manage payments to suppliers and obligations (e.g., deductions, withholdings, etc.). \- Monitor and archive departmental documents \- Perform operational tasks on banking and ERP platforms \- Monitor, archive, and review petty cash funds and expense reports. \- Review bank statements. **CONDITIONS** \- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm \- Location: Cercado de Lima (Near Amauta Coliseum) \- Employment Regime: MYPE \- Payment Schedule: Bi-weekly **BENEFITS** \- Formal payroll from day one \- Career development opportunity \- Flexible working hours \- Dynamic work environment \- Life insurance, health insurance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience with invoicing and collections?
