**La Casa del Chantilly** is primarily dedicated to fine pastry and confectionery in Peru, offering a wide variety of cakes, desserts, cookies, and sweets. In addition, we have expanded into a restaurant serving traditional Peruvian cuisine, creating a warm, family-friendly atmosphere for celebrations. We are currently seeking a **Bakery Worker / Assistant**, and you could be part of our team. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation of pastry and bakery products (cakes, cupcakes, sweet doughs, bite-sized treats, and desserts). * Prepare ingredients and raw materials according to the master baker’s instructions. * Perform basic weighing, mixing, and assembly of products. * Assist in baking, cooling, and decorating processes. * Complete basic area forms and records. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper hygiene in the work area. * Assist in inventory control and minimizing waste. **Requirements:** * Technical studies or currently enrolled in **Bakery, Pastry, or related fields** (preferred). * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year** as a bakery/pastry assistant or worker. * Basic knowledge of dough preparation and pastry products. * Responsibility, organization, and willingness to learn. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. **We offer:** * Fixed salary of **S/ 1,300** * Positive work environment * Formal employment under the **MYPE payroll system**, including social benefits * Learning and career growth path **Central Office** **Send your CV to: 922 532 850** If you are interested, apply now and we will contact you shortly.
