Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide therapeutic intervention for neurodivergent children, conduct psychological assessments, and prepare reports in Surquillo. A psychological center located in Surquillo is seeking a **Licensed Clinical Psychologist** to serve as a **Therapist** on a full-time basis. The professional will be primarily responsible for delivering therapeutic interventions to neurodivergent children, as well as to other age groups according to the center’s demand. Additionally, they will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, administer and score psychometric and projective tests, prepare psychological reports, monitor patients’ therapeutic progress, and conduct workshops and programs, among other clinical responsibilities. We seek a professional with excellent communication skills, a strong service orientation, commitment, responsibility, and a proactive attitude. A postgraduate diploma or specialization in behavioral psychology, or training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is preferred but not mandatory. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (48 hours per week), non-negotiable. **Requirements:** * Licensed Clinical Psychologist. * Minimum one year of experience providing intervention for neurodivergent children. * Experience in comprehensive psychological assessments. * Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychometric and projective tests. * Availability to work full-time. **Benefits:** * Stable employment contract. * Enrollment in MYPE payroll system. * Fixed remuneration. * 15 days of vacation. * 16 paid holidays. * Timely salary payments. * Ongoing training. * Career development path. * Excellent work environment.
