What will be your challenges? Daily collection management from clients across the established service channels. Conducting collection management in accordance with the established protocol. Recording customer data in CRM systems following specified procedures. What are we looking for? Completed secondary education; incomplete higher education. Minimum 6 months of experience in collections. Experience and knowledge of negotiation (early-stage portfolio). Important: On-site work from Monday to Saturday, 100% in-person.
