Learn more about this job opportunity below: **What is the main challenge?** * Conduct on-site collections activities with debtors having overdue obligations to recover pending payments, maintain portfolio health, and reduce delinquency rates—ensuring respectful and professional treatment. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * Conduct home visits to debtors with overdue obligations to negotiate payments or regularization agreements. * Retention of units (motorcycles or vehicles) in cases of severe payment default. * Verification and updating of customer contact information (address, phone number, workplace, etc.). * Channeling requests such as payment arrangements, rescheduling, or complaints—ensuring proper routing and follow-up. * Daily registration of Collections forms for each activity and uploading visit evidence. * Negotiate documented payment agreements, refinancing options, or formal commitments. * Report incidents or critical alerts to the Collections and/or Legal departments. * Deliver formal collection notices according to company policies. * Efficiently and safely complete assigned routes. * Maintain ethical and professional conduct at all times. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in field collections (preference given to automotive, financial, or retail sectors). * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Own motorcycle in good condition and valid SOAT insurance. * Familiarity with local and peripheral routes. * High level of responsibility and tolerance for working under pressure. * Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills. * No police or criminal records. * Basic knowledge of collection regulations and judicial procedures. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Salary: S/ 1500 \+ transportation allowance \+ vehicle maintenance \+ performance-based variable.
