BIM Coordinator - Immediate Availability

Job Summary: A qualified professional in Architecture/Engineering with experience in BIM Coordination, leading the implementation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), model coordination, and clash detection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the project's BIM management and ensure model coordination. 2. Ensure compliance with BIM standards such as LOD, COBie, and Uniclass. 3. Oversee the generation of detailed, fabrication, and installation drawings. Qualified, licensed, and registered professional (Architecture/Engineering) Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and collaborative platforms (Revizto/Autodesk) Knowledge of LOD 300–400, COBie, and Uniclass Primary Responsibilities Lead the implementation and enforcement of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) Coordinate models across disciplines and subcontractors Review and ensure the quality of BIM deliverables Lead coordination meetings (ICE) Supervise drawing generation (detailed, fabrication, installation) Manage clashes and coordination Ensure delivery of As-Built models (LOD 400) Objective Lead the project's BIM management, ensuring proper model coordination, drawing generation, and compliance with standards (LOD, COBie, Uniclass), in coordination with the technical team and construction site. Team Supervised BIM Modelers (minimum 1 year of experience), responsible for modeling, drawings, and quantity take-offs Working Conditions Office-based technical work (remote from construction sites in La Libertad and Ancash) Constant coordination with site personnel and the main contractor. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, coordinator, manager, responsible person, BIM coordinator, BIM manager, team leader
