Job Summary: We are seeking a Ticket Sales Counter agent with a service-oriented mindset to promote direct sales and address passenger inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote direct sales of interprovincial services 2. Provide customer service and resolve inquiries 3. Perform in-person work with a service-oriented and friendly attitude At ROSARIO VIP, we are looking for a Ticket Sales Counter agent to assist us in conducting and promoting direct sales of our interprovincial services at our agencies, as well as addressing any questions or concerns raised by our passengers. Requirements: Completed secondary education Minimum 3 months of experience in similar positions (customer service, cashier, sales) Knowledge of cash reconciliation, cash handling, tickets, invoices, and POS system operation Basic user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Availability to work Monday through Sunday One day off per week Residence in areas near Los Olivos or Plaza Norte Service orientation, friendliness, good interpersonal skills, and effective communication ability.
