Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service professional to contact and follow up with potential customers, provide information, identify needs, and manage inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contacting and following up with potential customers 2. Identifying needs for commercial referrals 3. Comprehensively managing inquiries and coordinating visits **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call centers, telemarketing, or similar roles. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented with focus on customer follow-up. * Availability to work onsite. **Main Responsibilities:** * Contact and follow up with potential customers interested in our projects. * Provide information about benefits, campaigns, and project features. * Identify customer needs and interests for appropriate referral to the sales team. * Register and update information in the CRM system. * Manage calls, messages, and inquiries across various service channels. * Coordinate and confirm commercial visits. * Meet established customer service KPIs and standards. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: S/ 1,200\. * 8-hour office schedule * Formal employment registration according to labor regulations. * Ongoing training. * Excellent work environment and growth opportunities.
