Currently, we are looking for a Junior Logistics Administrator who wishes to grow professionally within an active construction project, enhancing their logistics management and supply control capabilities. Requirements: Graduate or final-cycle student of Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields (technical or university degree). Minimum 1 year of experience on construction sites; experience in administration and/or logistics roles in multifamily projects is desirable. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets / Drive. Basic experience on construction sites or warehouse management. Interest in developing a career in logistics. Proactivity, planning ability, and strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and register materials on site, ensuring both physical and digital (Kardex) control. Control inventories of materials, tools, and PPE, guaranteeing accuracy, order, and traceability. Issue restocking alerts and report unusual consumption or deviations in resource usage. Coordinate with the Production department to ensure timely supply according to project requirements. Manage quotations, prepare comparative tables, and evaluate supplier performance (costs, delivery times, and quality). Track purchase orders and participate in logistical planning and supply control according to the project schedule. Working Conditions: Employment Type: Honorarium Receipt for the first 3 months, with potential for improvement. Work Modality: On-site, full-time in Surco.
