Excellent work environment At Corporación FAMOD S.A., a company dedicated to the development and execution of construction and infrastructure projects, we are currently looking for a Public Works Bid Specialist to join our team. Requirements: \- University graduate in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in public works bidding. \- Proven experience in processes related to road infrastructure, paving, sanitation, buildings, and civil works in general. \- Knowledge of the Public Procurement Law and its Regulation. \- Proficiency in public procurement platforms and computer tools for budgeting and project control. \- Knowledge of cost analysis, budgeting, and valuation. \- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: \- Prepare, review, and submit proposals for public procurement processes. \- Analyze tender documents and identify technical, administrative, legal, and economic requirements. \- Coordinate the collection and validation of documentation required for bid submissions. \- Conduct market research, cost analysis, budgeting, and valuation. \- Coordinate with technical, legal, administrative, and operations departments to ensure compliance with procedures. \- Monitor selection procedures and address any observations raised. \- Maintain up-to-date information and documentation for bidding processes.
