Efficient dispatch and logistics coordination At Prefabricados Calytec, we are currently seeking personnel to join our team as LOGISTICS AREA SUPERVISOR MAIN FUNCTIONS Procurement Order receipt Evaluates supplier pricing Issues Purchase Orders Tracks orders until delivery Maintains up-to-date pricing and supplier information Inventory (Kardex) Controls stock levels (receipts, issues, available stock, consumption per service/project) Sets stock-out alerts Reports on turnover rates and variances Dispatches Schedules daily dispatches Coordinates transportation Confirms deliveries Records incidents Documentation Issues/reviews waybills Verifies and/or coordinates payment prior to dispatch Prepares and submits complete information to Administration for supplier payments Maintains traceability (quotations, purchase orders, waybills, supplier invoices (DVT)) REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Logistics Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
