Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform technical tasks related to fabrication, assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical machines, equipment, and installations. Key Highlights: 1. Perform sheet metal cutting and handle electric welding. 2. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems. 3. Interpretation of technical drawings and application of quality and safety standards. We are currently seeking a **MAINTENANCE MECHANIC** for our plant in Lima. JOIN OUR TEAM! **Job Mission:** Perform technical tasks related to fabrication, assembly, construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical machines, equipment, and installations. **Responsibilities:** * Perform sheet metal cutting using oxy-fuel cutting. * Handle electric welding processes. * Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electromechanical systems of general machinery. * Fully or partially disassemble machines or equipment, interpreting drawings and catalogs for maintenance/repair. * Conduct inspections of machines and equipment, as well as measurements and recording of results. * Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specialized information according to standards and specifications. * Apply technical standards for industrial/environmental quality and safety. * Technical-operational work and development aimed at optimizing the operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment. * Operational tasks on machine tools, welding equipment, and other tools involved in mechanical maintenance and/or repair processes. **Requirements:** * Graduate of a technical program in Maintenance Mechanics — **MANDATORY.** * Minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician in the Industrial Sector. * Proficiency in various welding processes (SMAW, GTAW). * Knowledge of thermal equipment projects (boilers, industrial water heaters, thermal oil heaters) — **PREFERRED.** * **FULL-TIME WORK SCHEDULE**, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:15 PM. * Willingness to travel. * Driver’s license — **PREFERRED.** * **Competencies:** ability to work under pressure, proactivity, teamwork, responsibility. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration (MYPE regime). * Fixed salary + statutory benefits. * Timely payments. * Opportunity to join a leading company in the metal-mechanical industry.
