We are currently seeking a Management Control - Operations Analyst to join our team. Prepare, review, and centralize the Operations Management provisions for monthly financial closing. Consolidate and analyze monthly results, including explanations from department heads. Develop and monitor the monthly budget and forecast for Operations Management. Analyze budget execution, rolling forecast, and variances against planned targets. Monitor and report production progress and performance of each department using management indicators. Ensure information traceability and compliance with internal procedures. Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. What do you need to apply? Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (mandatory) Minimum 5 years of experience performing similar functions. Intermediate-level Power BI proficiency (mandatory) Availability to work Monday through Friday in San Juan de Miraflores. What do we offer?
