Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Marketing professional to design marketing campaigns, create flyers, and manage sales, with an emphasis on customer service and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and create flyers. 2. Conduct telemarketing sales and follow-up, with a focus on closing sales. 3. Promote excellent customer service and effective communication. We require candidates for the Commercial Marketing department who have completed secondary education and/or hold incomplete technical or university studies. **Position:** Commercial Marketing. **Work Modality:** On-site \- Virtual (Hybrid) **Professional Qualifications:** * Minimum requirement: Completed secondary education and/or incomplete technical or university studies. **Requirements:** * Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. * Prior experience in customer service. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of sales techniques and course enrollment closing methods. * Strong communication skills, ability to handle rejection, efficient time management, persistence, and ease of using technology. **Responsibilities:** * Design marketing campaigns. * Create flyers. * Send information via WhatsApp, make calls, and conduct follow-ups. * Conduct telemarketing sales to interested prospects. * Close sales. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. **Benefits:** * Salary: 1000 soles \+ commissions \- negotiable Salary: S/.1,000\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima
