Positive work environment and corporate discounts A prominent taxi industry company with strong presence in shopping malls across Peru is seeking top talent. **Beach Operator Callao \- Minka** **Requirements:** * Must reside in Callao or surrounding districts; duties will be performed within the Minka shopping mall. * Minimum one year of prior experience in this position or a similar role. * Basic knowledge of managing operational staff, including taxi drivers. * Working hours: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with two hours for lunch break and one day off per week. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for collecting parking fees from each affiliated member of the company. * Responsible for direct interaction with drivers to coordinate transfers of shopping mall clients. * Support daily planning within the work zone related to the operational center for drivers at the taxi stand. * Supervise the vehicle fleet to ensure cleanliness and absence of damage. * Travel to collect daily contributions from affiliated drivers. * Maintain cleanliness of the module and driver plaza. * Conduct daily cash reconciliation and submit consolidated reports to the Operations Manager. * Receive new drivers joining the company. * Support on-site recruitment of new drivers. * Monitor and track driver attendance. * Deposit contributions into the bank. * Other duties as assigned. **Benefits:** * Base salary plus performance bonus. * Career path and growth opportunities. * Workplace located near your residence. * Positive work environment. * Corporate discounts for you and your family. **Send your CV or contact details via WhatsApp to 984 087 219, or email your CV to: jfernando.gerencia@dadi.pe** Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.3\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
